I bought Metal Circus by Husker Du after hearing Superdrag cover Diane. I've never been a Husker Du or Bob Mould fan, but Superdrag did a super cool version of the song.
Same can be said for the Meat Puppets. I bought Meat Puppets II after hearing Nirvana cover a few of the songs on Unplugged.
That's all I know about any of these bands.
